The Prophets

Islam declares that Allah is One, there is One human race and there has always been One religion. It also claims that the first man was made by Allah and he was taught this religion so that he might teach his children how to stay on the right path. But man strayed from this path from time to time. That was when Allah chose certain individuals and called them his prophets who tried their best to keep men and women on the right path. Muslims believe that of these prophets the last and most eminent was Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings of Allah be on him.
